CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - SORTEBERG'S 6TH ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the <br />"CITY"), and ALLEN E. SORTEBERG, ELAINE SORTEBERG, HUSBAND AND <br />WIFE, whose address is 15930 Vario!ite St. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />and OTTO T. SUNDBERG AND LEORA IRENE SUNDBERG, HUSBAND AND WIFE, <br />whose address is 17331 Unicorn Street, Ramsey, Minnesota, (all <br /> <br />collectively hereinafter referred to as "the DEVELOPER"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the FEE OWNERS of the Subject Property are Otto T. <br />Sundberg and Leora Irene Sundberg and the contract for deed <br />purchasers of the Subject Property are Allen E. Sorteberg and <br />Elaine Sorteberg; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS.,.~he DEVELOPER desires to plat the following described <br />property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of <br />Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, except the East 60 rods thereof, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 19, 1989, the CITY approved the final <br /> <br />plat of the Subject Property pursuant to Resolution 89-12- , <br /> <br />which plat is known as SORTEBERG'S 6TH ADDITION (the "Plat") <br />contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY <br />entering into this contract; and <br /> <br /> <br />
