Councikmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION .b'~9-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TItE NORTH FORTY <br />TIIIRD ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, R.J.S. Builders, Inc., hereaft:r referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter (Nn¢,' 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 20, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />And the Northeast Quarter (/',rE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section <br />20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />Except the North 627.94 feet of the East 727 feet as measured along the East and <br />No:th lines thereof. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on March <br />3, ~988, and recommended the Developer to proceed to the prelim/nary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 8, <br />1988, and recommended that a combination of land and cash be used to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Con,mission met on September 5, <br />1989, and conducted a public hearing on the proposed The North Forty Third Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, <br />1989, and recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on October 24, 1989, and approved <br />the preliminary plat for The North Forty Third Addition as sdpulated in the Cit'3, Engineer's review <br />dated September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA,as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval for the North Forty Third <br />Addition in accordm'~ce with relevant City. codes. <br /> <br />The motion for :he adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstainM: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 19th day of December, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Ci~, Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
