CITY OF RAM6EY <br /> <br /> ANOK~ COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - NORTH ~'ORTY 3RD ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the <br />"CITY"), and R.J.S. BUILDERS INC., a Minnesota corporation, whose <br />address is 9421 W. River Road, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55444, <br /> <br /> (hereinafter referred to as "the DEVELOPER"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the FEE OWNER of the Subject Property is R.J.S. <br />BUILDERS INC.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the D~VELOPER desires to plat the following described <br />property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of <br />Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Northwest Quarter (NW¼) of the Northeast Quarter <br /> (NE~) of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka, <br /> Minnesota; <br /> <br /> AND <br /> <br /> The Northeast Quarter (NE~) of the Northeast Quarter <br /> (NE~) of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka, <br /> Minnesota; <br /> <br /> Except the North 627.94 feet of the East 727 feet as <br /> measured along the East and North lines thereof. <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 19, 1989, the CITY approved the final <br />plat of the Subject Property pursuant to Resolution 89-!2-__, <br />which plat is known as NORTH FORTY 3RD ADDITION (the "Plat") <br />contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY <br /> <br /> <br />
