Examples would include public parks and similar <br />uses, educational or s,'~_~.er camps, retreats. <br />Activities that require a relatively large land area for <br />low intensity land uses. The land uses are a nature that <br />substantial topographic changes are not .equ~~ed and <br />structures are limited to clubhouses, maintenance <br />buildings, and accessory structures. Examples would <br />include golf courses, shooting ranges, motorized vehicle <br />and other recreational areas. <br /> <br />POLICY - Transportation - The majority of the land in the <br />Rural Service Area shall be served by bituminous roads. <br /> <br /> <br />
