MEMORANDUM

TO:

FROM:

RE:

DATE:

Mayor and Councilmembers

Chief of Police

Application from ADH, Inc. for Off-sale Liquor License

December 13, 1989

ADH, Inc. has resubmitted an application for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license. They had
originally submitted an application in March of 1990 but withdrew it later in the year. They have
chosen a new site now and it is in an area zoned commercial. The information supplied to me with
this application indicates a building of new construction and of 4,000 square feet in area. There
will be a minimal amount of investigation to do on this since most of the information was checked
in the previous application.

The new application is, with the exception of the building location and owner of the building,
virtually the same as the one previously submitted. Providing the Building Code requirements are
met, and contingent upon a satisfactory financial disclosure report, proof of liability insurance and
a surety bond, I find no problems with issuance of the license to ADH, Inc.

/iDjc
