STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />December 12, 1989 Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />***************************************************************** <br /> <br />In accordance with Article 22 of the General Conditions to the <br />contract, the contractor has requested in writing to extend the <br />completion date for this contract to the spring of 1990. The <br />reasons for the request was to meet seeding application dates in <br />the Mn/DOT specification. The engineer has reviewed the request <br />and found it to be valid. Therefore, the following change .shall <br />be made to the contract. <br /> <br />The contract period provided for completion will be increased 234 <br />days.
