Staff has been working with the property owner over the past year to clean up the rear <br />yard of unsightly storage of vehicles and miscellaneous items. There has been a <br />significant improvement but Staff feels that there are still a number of items to be <br />eliminated from the site. The completion of this clean up effort should be addressed as <br />one of the terms of the Development Permit for the building expansion. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends site plan approval contingent upon compliance with the City Staff <br />Review Letter dated November 26, 2003. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council grant site plan approval to MGM Wines & <br />Spirits contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated November <br />26, 2003 and receiving an exception to the Hwy. #10 moratorium. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Asst.
