Eraployee will ~eceive no <br />pa)~ent for accrued but unused sick leave at the time of hi~ employment t~rmination. <br /> <br /> ttour~ of Work: The Employer recognizes the requirement for time spent by Employee ou~idc the o'pical <br />for~ (40) hour work week and will therefore allow Employee to take per~on~J time off a~ Employee deems <br />during normal office hours. Meetings which the Employer requires Employee to auend, outside Employee's fort3, <br />hour week~ c~m be ~pplied to Employee's personal time off. Employee wil! not be permitted to take more than eight <br />(8) hours of personal time off during any one work week. Employee will keep, for Empioye~'s review, a log of his <br />hours worked, as well as s log of his personal time off taken. <br /> <br />Memberships: Effective v,'i~ this agreement.the Employer shall pay the ~mnua} membership dues on behalf of the <br />Employee to the international City Management Association and the Minnesota C~D' Management Association. <br /> <br />Travel and Business Expense: Effective with this agreement~ the Employer shall reimburse Employee for <br />business ~clate~ expenses including, meals and travel. The Employer, will pa)' mileage for the use of thc Employee's <br />automobile at the s[andard rate paid to other Employees. <br /> <br />Employment Performance: The parties agree that the Employer will establish goals in order to judge <br />Employee's employment performance.
