Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g90-01- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE THREE WORK STATIONS FOR DEPARTMENT PURCHASE OF A COPY MACHINE AND THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, the 1990 General Fund Budget 101-1191-45270 provides for Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) of capital outlay for equipment for the Community Development Department; and WltEREAS, the Community Development Director has located a newer, reconditioned copy machine and work stations which will meet the needs of the Community Development Department and are within the budgetary restrictions and a comparable machine was not available from other finns. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the bids be accepted for the copy machine and work stations. 2) That Budget Copier Specialists be awarded the bid for the Canon 270 Copier, Document Feeder, Sorter with delivery and set-up in the amount of One Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($1,100.00). 3) That Budget Office Systems be awarded the bid for three work stations at One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) each with Forty Dollars ($40.00) deliver3,. 4) That funds from the General Fund; Planning and Zoning; Equipment (101-1191-45270) be allocated for this purchase. Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of January, 1990.
