Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As directed at the December 12, 1989 Council meeting, we have prepared an ordinance amendment <br />to reflect 50% City participation in street reconstruction/overlays and the second and subsequent <br />sealcoating application. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the draft ordinance amendment for introduction. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the proposed amendment to the assessment for street <br />reconstruction/overlays and the second and subsequent sealcoating applications and introduce the <br />ordinance amendment. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to introduce the proposed ordinance amendment to reflect 50% City participation in street <br />reconstruction/overlays and second and subsequent sealcoating applications. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator .
