Chairperson McDilda to provide an update on December 19 o£how many sections and pages <br />of the draft ordinance have been reviewed and how many sections and pages remain to be <br />reviewed. <br /> <br />Sarah Strommen and Margaret Connolly to develop a table format for the recommended trees <br />and dimensional or bulk standards. The first draft of this table should be available for review <br />at the regular meeting on January 19, 2003. <br /> <br />At the next meeting, all committee members should be prepared to work on Items 27 through <br />32 under Tree Planting, Maintenance, and Removal, dealing with notification to adjacent <br />property owners of maintenance activities. Consensus is that these sections will be merged <br />into one section and will apply to tree on public property only. <br /> <br />The December 19 agenda should include: Report from Mike Max regarding results of <br />meeting with Kunde Company regarding canopy cover performance standards;; Update from <br />Mr. McDilda on the sections of the draft ordinance completed and those yet to be reviewed; <br />Discussion regarding another Council update on the status of the Task Force; Work Session <br />On Tree Ordinance commencing with Item #27 under Tree Planting, Maintenance and <br />Removal <br /> <br />· <br /> to review the draff~bie fom~at t'or the recommeiidcd trees and bu~ <br /> <br />Motion by Sarah Strommen and seconded by Margaret Connolly to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chaiperson McDilda, Committee Members Max, Strommen, <br />Connolly, Dvorak, Sitz. Voting No: None.
