It was noted that the next regular meeting date falls on Labor Day (Monday, September 2). The <br />meeting date had previously been tentatively rescheduled to Wednesday, September 4. <br />Consensus was that there would not be a meeting on September 4 and the next meeting of the <br />Task Force would be the regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, September 19. <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS RESULTING FROM MEETING <br /> <br />Mr. McDilda complete revisions to EPTF Timetable, including a public informational <br />meeting regarding implementation of tree preservation ordinances. <br /> <br />· Mr. McDilda to contact Ms. Frolik to make arrangements for an EPTF Council update on the <br /> 9/11 City Council agenda. <br /> <br />· Mr. Max to establish format, publicity, and participant invitations for the community panel <br /> discussion on implementation of tree ordinances. <br /> <br />· All members be prepared to work on the Landscaping section of the draft Tree Preservation <br /> Ordinance at the next meeting. <br /> <br />· The next meeting will be Thursday, September 19, 2002. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Max and seconded by Ms. Strommen to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Mr. McDilda, Committee Members Cook, Strommen, <br />Connolly and Max. Voting No: None.
