Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-10-173 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIM INARY PLAT APPROVAL OF BROOKFIELD 4th <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Capstone Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, BROOKFIELD 3RD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, on September 3, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />preliminary plat plans for Brookfield 4th Addition from Capstone Homes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Brookfield 4th Addition is a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 3, 2013, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on <br />October 10, 2013, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and <br />WHEREAS, on , 2013, the City Council approved the preliminary plat <br />with conditions; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval of Brookfield 4th Addition <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review File dated September 27, 2013. <br />b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
