ARTICLE VI <br />REFUNDING OF PRIOR BONDS <br />Section 6.01 Refunding of Prior Bonds. There shall be deposited into the Escrow Fund held <br />by the Prior Trustee pursuant to the Escrow Agreement $ of the proceeds of the Series A <br />Bonds (the "Escrow Deposit").
