Motion by Ms. Sitz and seconded by Ms. Connolly to approve the agenda, modified to include <br />rescheduling the regular Task Force meeting on September 2 and the tentative public hearing <br />date of September 10. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mr. McDilda, Committee Members Sitz, Connolly, Dvorak, Max, <br />and Cook. Voting No: None. Absent: Committee Members Brauer, Marshall and Strommen. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Max and seconded by Ms. Sitz to approve the June 20, 2002 meeting minutes <br />with the following corrections: <br /> <br />The reference to 'Ham Lake' tree preservation ordinance in Item #6 should be changed to <br />'Lino Lakes'. <br /> <br />The last sentence in Item #5 should state that over-regulation "may", not "will", drive up <br />the costs of land and homes ....... <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mr. McDilda, Committee Members Max, Sitz, Dvorak, Connolly, <br />and Cook. Voting No: None. Absent: Committee Members Brauer, Marshall, Strommen. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik distributed copies of the June 27, 2002, meeting minutes, which she just completed <br />one hour prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Cook and seconded by Ms. Connolly to table approval of the June 27, 2002 <br />minutes until the next regular meeting to allow sufficient time for review. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Committee Members Brauer, Marshall, Strommen. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated she would email copies of the draft June 27 meeting minutes to members that <br />were not present at the meeting.. <br /> <br />REVIEW TO DO LIST <br /> <br />Plymouth Ordinance <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik distributed complete copies of the Plymouth tree preservation ordinance. <br /> <br />Ms. Sitz also recommended that the Committee review the Tree Conservation Ordinance <br />Planning Advisory Service Report #446 published by the American Planning Association. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik volunteered to look for the APA report on their website. <br /> <br /> <br />
