Mr. Stenger reported that the software produced a 109 page ordinance document based on the <br />group's responses to the software interview questions. <br /> <br />Joe McDilda volunteered to provide all of the members with an electronic copy of the ordinance <br />via e-mail. Members were directed to take some time to review the document. <br /> <br />The Committee scheduled a meeting for 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 1 to begin reviewing and <br />editing the draft ordinance. <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />Mr. Max summarized the following action items from the meeting: <br /> <br />· Committee members go into the internet and install Acrobat Reader on their computers~ <br /> <br />· Chairperson McDilda send some sample documents by e-mail so that the members could be <br /> sure that Acrobat Reader is functioning. <br /> <br />· Ms. Frolik email draft minutes to all committee members for review and corrections; place <br /> on subsequent agendas for approval~ <br /> <br />· Mr. Max volunteered to start drafting the scope of this Task Force. <br /> <br />· Ms. Frolik to keep a list of future agenda items based on committee discussions. <br /> <br />· Community Development Secretary JoAnn Shaw to add street addresses to member list and <br /> distributed to all members by email. <br /> <br />· Mr. Boos to provide the Committee with what the City is currently enforcing with respect to <br /> diseased trees. <br /> <br />· Joe McDilda to provide all of the members with an electronic copy of the draft ordinance, <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Committee Member Connolly and seconded by Committee Member Max to adjourn. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Committee Members Dvorak, Connolly, <br />Cook, Marshall, Max, Sitz, Strommen. Voting No: None.
