ORDINANCE NO. 90- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />January 29, 1990 <br /> <br />Amendment to Chapter 170.01 of the Ramsey <br />City Code which chapter is known as the <br />"Ramsey Zoning Chapter". <br /> <br />An Ordinance amending Chapter 170.01 by <br />the addition of Section which <br />section shall be entitled "Solid Waste <br />Landfill Ordinance". <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of <br />Ordinance No. 90- has been approved by <br />the city Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />clearly informing the public of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance: <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance <br />No. 90- to adopt certain provisions <br />and conditions regarding the <br />construction, operation, inspection, <br />monitoring and maintenance of solid waste' <br />disposal facilities within the City, <br />provide for usable land. after closure, to <br />require buffer areas, and to set time <br />limitations for the period of operation. <br /> <br />A printed copy of.Ordinance No. 90- is <br />available for inspection by any person at <br />the City Municipal Center. <br /> <br /> <br />
