Subd. 3. The following maps of the <br />Site which include all areas within one <br />quarter mile (1,320') of the site. All <br />maps shall be drawn at a scale of no <br />greater than one inch (1") to three <br />hundred feet (300') and contain contour <br />lines at two foot (2') intervals unless <br />otherwise stated below: <br /> <br /> a) <br />INCLUDE: <br /> <br />MAP A - EXISTING CONDITIONS TO <br /> <br /> Existing homes, buildings and <br />structures, lakes, ponds, watercourses, <br />wetlands, drainage, sinkholes, rock out- <br />croppings, roadways, easements, <br />vegetation, public parks, and other <br />applicable details. <br /> <br /> Existing wells and water table <br />elevations. <br /> <br />Existing land use and zoning. <br /> <br /> Normal high water mark of any <br />lake, pond or flowage and regional flood <br />plain location. <br /> <br /> Existing <br />requirements. <br /> <br />airport airspace <br /> <br /> Existing elevations <br />topography of the site. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> b) MAP B - PROPOSED OPERATIONS AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO INCLUDE: <br /> <br /> Soil boring <br />surface elevations. <br /> <br />locations with <br /> <br /> Present and planned pertinent <br />features, including but not limited to <br />roads, signs, utilities, screening, <br />buffer zone, fencing, gate, shelter and <br />equipment buildings. <br /> <br /> Location and acreage of <br />earthwork and fill operations including <br />areas to be mined showing depth and final <br />grades of proposed excavation. <br /> <br /> <br />
