21. City Inspection and Review. The CITY reserves the right <br />to inspect the Site at any reasonable time to ensure compliance <br />with the terms and conditions of this Permit. <br /> <br /> 22. Permit Revocation. Any violations of the conditions <br />described herein or any violation of any other CITY ordinances may <br />be cause for immediate revocation of this grading and excavating <br />permit. <br /> <br /> 23. Compliance with Ordinance 87-9.
