15. Scope of Operation. The PERMITTEE shall not grade and <br />excavate more than 10 acres at any one time and the remainder of <br />the Site shall be completely restored before commencing any new <br />operations on the Site. PERMITTEE shall notify CITY Staff of any <br />new operations commenced on the Site. <br /> <br /> 16. Buffer Area. A buffer area shall be 30 feet in width and <br />shall include trees of the density, variety and size to be approved <br />by the City Engineer. Such buffer area shall be located between <br />the residential properties to the north and the grading and <br />excavating operation. No work shall be commenced within 200 feet <br />of the north boundary until the buffer area has been established <br />such that the trees planted in the buffer area are six feet in <br />height. <br /> <br /> 17. Performance Bond. A performance bond in the amount of <br />$7,500.00 to cover any turf establishment and costs incurred in the <br />restoration plan shall be filed with the CITY. <br /> <br /> 18. Insurance. Liability insurance as required by Section <br />170.017M(7) of Ordinance 87-9 shall be in force at all times during <br />operations on the Site. <br /> <br /> 19. Material on County Roads 57 and 116. No build-up of fill <br />material shall be allowed by the PERMITTEE on County Roads 57 and <br />116. <br /> <br /> 20. City Expense. All costs incurred by the CITY in <br />executing and administering this Agreement shall be borne by the <br />permit holder. <br /> <br /> <br />
