8. Water Wells and Dewatering. There are no water wells on <br />the Site. PERMITTEE does not anticipate dewatering at this time, <br />and if necessary, PERMITTEE agrees to obtain appropriate DNR <br />permits for dewatering. <br /> <br /> 9. Safety Fencing. Safety fencing will not be required <br />because 2:1 slopes will be maintained at all times. <br /> <br /> 10. Completion Date and Phases. The operation shall consist <br />of one phase to be completed by July 31, 1992. <br /> <br /> 11. Restoration Plan. The CITY has on file the PERMITTEE's <br />rehabilitation and restoration plan which is incorporated herein. <br />Ail site restoration shall be completed in compliance with Section <br />170.017M(11) of Ordinance 87-9. <br /> <br /> 12. Haul Road. County Roads 57 (Sunfish Lake Blvd.) and 116 <br />(Industry Avenue) shall be the designated haul roads within the <br />CITY and provisions of Section 170.07.1M(10) shall be complied with <br />relating to Haul Roads. <br /> <br /> 13. Highway Setbacks. A thirty foot (30') set back from the <br />County Roads 57 and 116 right-of-way shall be maintained at all <br />times unless the provisions of Section 170.017M(8) of Ordinance 87- <br />9 are complied with. <br /> <br /> 13. Final Slopes. All final slopes shall be less than four <br />feet horizontal to one foot vertical (4:1). <br /> <br /> 14. Hours of Operation. The hours of the grading and <br />excavating operation shall be limited to Monday through Friday, <br />6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., unless otherwise specifically approved by <br />the city Engineer or his agent. <br /> <br /> <br />
