Tha~ the Petitioners have an interest as fee owners of tracts of <br /> land situated in the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, HY-10 ~AMSEY 2ND ADDITION, according to the map or <br /> plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the CouQty <br /> Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Lot 1., Block 1, HY-10 ~AMSEY 3RD ADDITION, according to the map or <br /> plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County <br /> Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, HY-10 kAMSEY 3RD ADDITION, according to the map or <br /> plat thereof on'file and of record in the office of the County <br /> Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Assessor in and for the City of Ramsey, County of <br />Anoka, State of Minnesota, has determined that the aggregate 1988 estimated <br />market values of said proper~y are as follows: <br /> <br /> PIN No. 29-32-25-11-0004: <br /> <br /> Estimated Market Value - Land $ 62,600.00 <br /> PIN No. 29-32-25-11-0006: <br /> Estimated Market Value - Land $ 97,400.00 <br /> PIN No. 29-32-25-11-0007: <br /> Estimated M~rket Value - Land $ 23,400.00 <br /> <br />and based upon such determination by ~he Assessor, excessive taxes payable in <br />1989 have been erroneously levied and assessed on said property. <br /> <br /> <br />
