Holm have petitioned the State <br />of Minnesota Tax Court for review of the value the City has placed <br />on certain of their property located in the Hy Ten Additions for <br />taxes payable in 1989. Enclosed is a copy of their Petition and <br />a map showing the respective parcels. A trial has been set for <br />February 22, 1990.
