Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #90-02- <br /> <br /> PERMIT FEE FOR CITY HALL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION WAIVING BUILDING <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 19, 1989 the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #89- <br />12~340: Resolution Receiving Bids and Awarding Contract for Handicap Accessibility and <br />Improvements to Ramsey Government Buildings (Project #89-18); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the successful bidder, Hunerberg Construction, has duly made building <br />permit application for said improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby waives the building permit fee for Handicap Accessibility and <br />Improvements to Ramsey Government Buildings (Project #89-18). <br /> <br />Motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 13th <br />day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Cit'), Adminisu'ator <br /> <br /> <br />
