Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-02- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-13 (WATER, <br />SEWER AND STREET SURFACING OF RIVLYN STREET N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 14th day of November, 1989, <br />fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sewer, water and street <br />surfacing for Rivlyn Street N.W. (Project #89-13); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 12th day of December, 1989 at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted 14th <br />day of November, 1989. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Mr. Peter Raat' 'fl,:.ka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
