Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-02-__ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-01 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF WACO <br />STREET N.W. AND WACO DRIVE N.W. BETWEEN 179TH LANE N.W. AND <br />TItE NORTHERN CITY BOUNDARY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted ~lanuary 23, <br />1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, lnc., <br />with reference to bituminous surfacing improvement (Waco Street N.W. And Waco Drive N.W.); <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 13, <br />1990, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> 10 year term <br /> <br />$95,600.00 <br />$ 3,083.87 <br />$ 480.47 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost <br />of the improvement of $ 95,600.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of <br />March, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such heating and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
