Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-02-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-04 <br />MAGNESIUM STREET N.W. BETWEEN <br />DE-SAC TERMINUS) <br /> <br />AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />(SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT <br />COUNTY ROAD 116 AND IT'S CUL- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January <br />1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />with reference to sealcoating improvement ( Magnesium Street N.W. between Count), Road 116 <br />and it's cul-de-sac terminus); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on Febr.ary 13, <br />1990, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> 3 year term <br /> <br />$ 1,465.00 <br />$ 325.00 <br />$ 127.85 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such street <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost <br />of the improvement of $1,465.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of <br />March, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Adminisu:ator <br /> <br /> <br />
