Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-02-m RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-05 (SEALCOATING PONDVALE ESTATES 1ST AND 2ND ADDITION) A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 23, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to sea/coating improvement ( Pondva/e Estates 1st and 2nd Addition); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 13, 1990, which report indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit 3 year term $3,539.00 $ 101.00 $ 39.73 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Rarnsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $3,539.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 5th day of March, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 13th day of February, 1990.
