Counc:lmembe,- introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-02-m <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-06 (DYSPROSIUM <br />STREET N.W. BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD 116 AND NOWTHEN BLVD. N.W.) <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted January 23, <br />1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raati'kka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />with reference to sealcoating improvement ( Dysprosium Street N.W. between County Road 116 <br />and Nowthen Blvd. N.W.); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 13, <br />1990, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> 3 year term <br /> <br />$6,790.00 <br />$ 0.00 <br />$ 0.00 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of st~ch street <br />in accordance with the report and the use of MSA funds for all of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $ 6,790.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted 23rd <br />day of January, 1990. <br /> <br />Mr. Peter Raat' -rkka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
