Should this matter proceed to a full contested case proceeding, the information will be presented to the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings and/or any reviewing court. Any one or a combination of the following actions could be taken as a result of or following the conference. The Department could conclude the matter based upon its determination that the allegations-are untrue, or if true, do not constitute grounds for revocation of your license~ e The Department and you could enter into a stipulation for a mutually agreed upon remedy or order~ or The Department could determine.that the matter will be satisfactorily resolved only by proceeding to a contested case hearing conducted pursuant to the Minnesota Administrative Procedure Act or such other or further legal action as the Department deems necessary. Please be advised that you may choose to be represented by an attorney at this conference, although it is not required that you retain an attorney, that a tape record may be made of the conference, and that anything you say may be used as~evidence against you should the matter proceed 'to a formal hearing at a later time. The conference is designed to permit the Department to seek and clarify"linformation, to provide you an opportunity to clarify possible misunderstanding, and to allow the Department and you to seek resolution and remedy of an alleged problem w~thout the necessity of instituting a formal hearing.
