Couniclmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-01- m RESOI_,UTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON OVERLAYING IMPROVEMENT (ItALLS DOVER ADDITION) WltEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by overlaying: a) 158th Lane N.W. between Sodium Street N.W. and the eastern plat boundary b) 158th Avenue N.W. between Sodium Street N.W. and Radium Street N.W. c) 157th Lane N.W. between Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and the eastern plat boundary d) Radium Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Avenue N.W. e) Sodium Street N.W. betv,,een 158th Avenue N.W. and the northern plat boundary f) Cul-da-sac extending east from Radium Street N.W. to it's terminus AND WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the propqsed improvement be referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to by the Project 4490-08 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow/ng voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: ,,',,hereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Ci~, Council this the 23rd day of Januao', 1990.
