Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION 90-01-__ RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT IMPROVEMENT (WOODLAND GREEN ADDITION) ON OVERLAYING WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by overlaying: a) 156th Lane N.W. between St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and the eastern plat boundary b) 155th Lane N.W. between it's cul-da-sac terminus and the eastern plat boundary c) Erkium Street N.W. between 156th Lane N.W. and 155th Lane N.W. d) Cobalt Street N.W. between Barium Street N.W. and the northern plat boundary e) Barium Street N.W. between it's cul-da-sac terminus and the southern plat boundary AND WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to by the Project 890-09.
