Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION 90-01. RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT ( ROLLING GREEN ADDITION) SEALCOATING ~,~,~HEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: a) Coquina Street N.W. between 167th Avenue N.W. and the Southern boundary of the Rolling Green Plat. b) Dolomite Street N.W. between 165th Lane N.W. and 167th Avenue N.W. c) Ebon), Street N.W. between 165th Lane N.W. and 166th Lane N.W. d) 165th Lane N.W. between Coquina Street N.W. and Ebon.',, Street N.W. e) 166th Lane N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and Ebon), Street N.W. f) 166th Avenue N.W. between Ebon), Street N.W. and Nowthen Blvd. N.W. AND WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) The above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to by the Project ~90-02. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded bv Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the follov,-4ng voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared dui3, passed and adopted by the Ramsev City Council this the 23rd da,,' of Janua~,3', 1990.
