Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 90.01- RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT ( RAMSEY TERRACE ADDITION) WltEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: a) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the Western plat boundary and the Eastern plat boundary. b) 140th Lane N.W. between Krypton Street N.W. and Iodine Street N.W. c) Krypton Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and County Road #I 16. d) Junkite Street N.W. between 140th Lane'N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. e) Iodine Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and County Road #116. f) Junkite Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and the Northern plat boundary. AND WHEREAS, to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Peter Raati -kka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to by the Project ~.~-90-04. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of January, 1990.
