CONSIDER ADOPTION OF AE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO TEE <br />STREET MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT POLICY <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> David R. ~artley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On January 9, 1990, Council introduced an ordinance amendment to <br />reflect 50% City participation in street reconstruction/overlays <br />and the second and subsequent sealcoating.
