ORDINANCE #9 O- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />~TATE OF ~INNE~OTA <br /> <br />/%MENDMENT TO CHAPTER 210.01 WHICH IS K~OWI~ AS THE <br />IMPROVEMENTS 8PECIAL ASSESSMENTS. <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 210.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEYt <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />A. Section 210.0112A Streets (Ramsey's Financing Policy) <br /> Paragraph 1.b. shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1.b. Residential Street <br /> <br />Assess the total cost of initial construction on a <br />unit method or front foot basis. <br /> <br />Assess 50% of the cost for reconstruction/overlays <br />on existing bituminous streets with the remaining <br />50% being assessed to the City. <br /> <br />On MSA streets which provide access to residential <br />lots, a.$sess those lots 50% of the cost for the <br />reconstruction/overlays for a typical residential <br />street with the remaining cost being paid by MSA <br />funds. <br /> <br />Section 210.01112A Streets (Ramsey's Financing <br />Paragraph 3 shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Policy) <br /> <br />3. Seal Coating <br /> <br />Assess total cost on a front foot or unit basis <br />for the initial sealcoating on City streets. <br /> <br />Assess 50% of the cost for second and <br />subsequent sealcoating applications on City <br />streets and the remaining 50% being assessed <br />to the City. <br /> <br />Cm <br /> <br />MSA funds on MSA streets for the initial <br />sealcoating. <br /> <br />City Maintenance funds on MSA streets for <br />second and subsequent sea!coating applications. <br /> <br /> <br />
