In review of the final plat and revised plans, the <br />following items were not corrected or provided. <br /> <br />1. An address map was not provided· <br /> <br />In review of the plans a detail of the bituminous curb should <br />be provided, the length of the culvert at 168th Lane and <br />Yolite Street should be shown and the existing grade on 166th <br />Avenue N.W. should be shown. <br /> <br />The grading plan does not show all the final lot grades and <br />building elevations. <br /> <br />As previously stated, the amount of Class I soils in Block 2 <br />is questionable. Soil borings should be provided as required <br />by City Code.
