Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 32,000 LBS. <br />GVW CAB AND CttASSIS FOR STREET DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the 1990 budget appropriated funds for a 32,000 lbs. GVW cab and chassis <br />for the Street Department. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for a 32,000 <br />lbs. GVW cab and chassis for the Street Department according to plans and <br />specifications therefore approved by the Ramsey City Council and on file in the <br />office of the City Administrator and that said bids will be accepted until <br />Wednesday, February 21, 1990 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared dui5, passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of January, ~990. <br /> <br /> <br />
