Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #90-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO TttE RECORDING TIME <br />FRAME FOR JUNIPER WOOI)S ADDITION <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution $89-08-232 granting final plat <br />approval Io Juniper Woods Addition on August 2zl, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WttEREAS, Ramsey City Code 170.0310 C RECORDING states that failure to file the <br />plat wi~.hin 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall resuh in voiding the <br />plat; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City has received a formal request from Dickman C. Knutson, <br />President of BLH Development Comp:my (dated January 9, 1990) which formally requests an <br />extension for filing the plat of Juniper Woods Addition, due to delays in arranging for financial <br />guarantees. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~ED BY TItE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, AN()KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as t'ollows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby ~ants an extension to the recording time frame for <br /> Juniper woods Addition to March 31, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Ciw Council this <br />the 23rd da5, of January, 1990 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
