Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-01- P, ESOLUTION (;RANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ItAUBRICI1 A1)I)I'I'I ()N. WlIEREAS, John L. Haubrictl and Marilyn S. Haubrich, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property locate3 in the Cit.',, of Ramsey: That part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the \Vest 70_ feet South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence East and line thereof distant "'"' parallel with the North line thereof a distance of 1100.32 feet to its intersection with the centerline of count,,, State Aid Highway #5 (Nowthen Boulevard N.W.) as file same is now laid out and traveled; thence Southeasterly along said centerline a distance of 674.60 feet to its intersection with the South line thereof; thence West along the South line thereof; thence West along the South line thereof a distance of 1434.67 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; thence North along the West line thereof a distance of 591.06 feet to the point of commenccn~ent. Subject to any existing easements, covenants, restrictions or reservations. AND WHEREAS, the Rarnsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on August 1, 1989, and recommended the Developer proceed to the preliminaD, plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on August 10, 1989, and recommended that a combination of land and cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements. WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on September 5, 1989 and conducted a public hearing on Haubrich Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on October 3, 1989, and recommended preliminary plat approval of haubrich Addition contingent upon compliance with the items contained in the City Engineer's Report dated September 26, 1989;and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on October 24, 1989 and approved the preliminary plat for Haubrich Addition contingent upon meeting the items listed in tile City Engineer's Review dated September 26, 1989 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That final plat approval is hereby granted for Haubrich Addition in accordance with relevant City codes. The motion for the adoption of tile foregoing resolution was duly. seconded by Councitmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vot~ in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following v,'ere absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Correct! this the 23rd da5' of Januau', 1990.
