CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTY~ MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - HAUBRICH ADDITION <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY <br /> <br />OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the <br /> <br />"CITY"), and JOHN L. HAUBRICH and MARILYN S. HAUBRICH, husband and <br /> <br />wife, and whose address is 15156 Nowthen Boulevard, Ramsey, <br /> <br />Minnesota ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the FEE OWNERS of the Subject Property are John L. <br /> <br />Haubrich and Marilyn, husband and wife; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER desires to plat the following described <br /> <br />property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of <br /> <br />Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point <br />on the West line thereof distant 732 feet South from the <br />Northwest corner thereof; thence East and parallel with <br />the North line thereof a distance of 1100.32 feet to its <br />intersection with the centerline of County State Aid <br />Highway No. 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) as the same is now laid <br />out and traveled; thence Southeasterly along said center- <br />line a distance of 674.60 feet to its intersection with <br />the South line thereof; thence West along the South line <br />thereof a distance of 1434.67 feet to the Southwest <br />corner thereof; thence North along the West line thereof <br />a distance of 591.06 feet to the point of commencement. <br />Subject to any existing easements, covenants, <br />restrictions or reservations. <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 23, 1990, pursuant to Resolution 90- - <br /> <br />, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property which <br /> <br /> <br />
