On November 21, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission adjourned prior to <br />addressing this case. <br /> <br />On November 28, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission did not conduct a meeting <br />due to a lack of a quorum. <br /> <br />On December 4, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended City Council <br />approval of the preliminary plat for Trott Brook Ridge Addition contingent 1) upon compliance <br />with the City Engineer's Review dated November 1, 1989 2) granting a variance for cul-de-sac <br />length and 3) review by the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission for park dedication <br />requirements. The cul-de-sac length issue has been eliminated and the parks concerns were <br />addressed at their October 12, 1989 meeting. <br /> <br />On December 19, 1989, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat of Trott Brook <br />Ridge Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated November 1, 1989 and contingent upon <br />reaching a resolution to improvements to Bison Street N.W. from the north boundary of the plat to <br />171st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff has conferred with the Developer regarding possible financial participation in future street <br />improvements between his plat and 171st Avenue N.W. Based on the feelings of residents and <br />the Developer, staff has provided for a one (1) unit share of the possible Bison Street N.W. <br />improvements to be escrowed by the Developer.
