Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-03-. RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON IMPRO'VEMENT PROJECT #90-13 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BISON STREET N.W. SOUTH FROM 171ST AVE N.W. TO TItE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF TROTT BROOK RIDGE ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the improvement of bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. south from 171st Ave N.W. to the northern boundary of Trott Brook Ridge Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and WHEREAS, the City Adn'finistrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the City Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) A certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. south from 171st Ave N.W. to the northern boundary of Trott Brook Ridge Addition has been filed with the City Council on March 13, 1990. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to Ramsey City Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. 2) The petition is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility stud), to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should be best to be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 3) The above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #90-13.
