Councilmember RESOLUTION AT RAMSEY introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-03- RECEIVING AND AWARDING BID FOR ELECTRICAL WORK MUNICIPAL CENTER AND ADOPTING 1990 BUDGET AMENDMENT $/3 WHEREAS, the City has obtained two quotations for electrical work at the Ramsey Municipal Center: Lehn Electric $2,775.00 Killmer Electric Co., Inc. $5,556.00 WHEREAS, both bids meet the specifications requested and Lehn Electric has the lowest responsible bid', and WHEREAS, this project was funded in the 1989 budget under Function #1194; General Government Buildings, Labor for Repairs;' and WHEREAS, the expenditure was not made in 1989, and the General Fund balance is the funding source for this 1990 expenditure; and WHEREAS, this budget amendment will increase the City's total 1990 General Fund budget expenditures in the amount of $2,775.00; and WHEREAS, the budget amendment will increase the City's total 1990 General Fund Revenue: Other Financing Sources in the amount of $2,775.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of electrical work fi.om Lehn Electric in the amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($2,775.00). 2) That the Finance Officer of the City of Ramsey be instructed to enter a 1990 Budget Amendment (#3) to the City of Ramsey's financial systems to cause the budget amendment detailed in this resolution to be reflected in the City's financial records. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of March, 1990.
