CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />ANOKA COUNTYs MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - HAUSER ADDITION <br /> <br />requirements, <br />Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the <br />"CITY"), and J. BROOKS HAUSER and , husband and <br />wife, whose address is P.O. Box 509, 1244 Canterbury Road, <br /> <br />Shakopee, Minnesota 55379 ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the FEE OWNERS of the Subject Property are J. Brooks <br /> <br />Hauser and Hauser; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER desires to plat the following described <br />property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of <br />Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, HY-TEN RAMSEY, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 27, 1990, pursuant to Resolution 90-03-. , <br />the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat <br />is known as HAUSER ADDITION (the "Plat") contingent on certain <br /> <br /> including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into this <br /> <br /> City Code Section 170.039B defines Stage II <br />Improvements, which definition is used herein when reference is <br />made to "Stage II" Improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the <br />city Code escrow requirements have been fulfilled by DEVELOPER. <br /> <br /> <br />
