the Joint Fire Board. Sa~d cost of run to be based on the following schedule: Two )!undred Fifty and 00/100 ($250.00) dollars per run for the first hour or fraction thereof. One Hundred Twenty Five and 00/100 dollars for each additional one-half hour or fraction thereof. 7. All cancelled calls, whenever the equipment leaves the station, will be billed on the basis of actual expense to the Jo'int Fire Board, not to exceed Two Hundred ~!~ty and 00/100 ($250.0~) dollars. 8. That in the event, in the judgement of the Anoka-Champlin Fire Chief or senior fire officer in charge as set forth in this agreement, additional equipment or fire personnel is needed to properly control or fight said fire or perform other necessary emergency service, the party of the second part agrees to pay the reasonable cost of such additional assistance as is deemed necessary. This contract shall be in effect indefinitely except as provided in the following paragraph, and that the payment may be adjusted annually by the Joint Fire Board. It is understood and agreed by both parties to this contract that said contract may be cancelled at the option of the Joint Fire Board if the contracting City is given two years written notice and by the contracting City by giving two 7ears written notice. It is mutually noted that said notice was given by the City of Ramsey on November 23, 1988 by letter to Mr. Ronald Bickford attached hereto as Attachment #1.
