We currently have about 20 members, most of whom are <br />attending Firefighter I training. The Ramsey Fire Board anticipates <br />that the department wild be fully operational within two years. <br /> <br />We are therefore requesting that the contract agreement for fire <br />protection with the Anoka/Champlin Joint Fire Department be terminated <br />effective December l, 1990. <br /> <br />The Fire Board would like to plan and coordinate the transition with <br />your department and will be contacting you in the near future to <br />discuss this. <br /> <br />Thank you for your service to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />CITer OF .~, SEY <br /> / <br /> <br />David R.
