-2- <br /> <br />Cities can choose from one of two options: <br /> 1. Bring the Animal to the Shelter <br /> or <br /> 2. Cage and hold uninjured Animals, to be picked <br /> up by the Humane Society the following <br /> day.(Holding cages may be purchased <br /> through the Humane Society at cost.) <br /> <br /> After normal Business hours, any injured <br /> Animals, that are in a life threaten <br /> condition may be transported, by the City to <br /> AFFILIATED EMERGENCY VETERINARY SERVICES, <br /> (see attached sheet),for medical <br /> treatment. The Humane Society will then pick <br /> up the Animal the following day, after <br />treatment, or as soon there after as <br /> <br />possible. <br /> <br />Additional Services <br /> <br />1. Boarding more than five days. <br /> <br />Transportation services to the University of <br />Minnesota for rabies examination. <br /> <br />3~ Patrol. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION. <br /> <br />The Municipality shall pay the Humane Society <br />the sum of S~481.45 for basic services stated <br />in paragraph II.A, at _._~5~ ...... per capita per <br />year based on annual census information provided <br />by the Metropolitan Council.
