IV. <br /> <br />The Humane Society shall retain all reclaimed <br />fees. License fees shall be returned to Lhe <br />Municipality. <br /> <br />One-twelfth of the total contract amount for the <br />basic services, plus charges for additional <br />services, shall be paid monthly, on or about the <br />last day of the month, or within thirty (30) days <br />after submission of the monthly claims, by the <br />Humane Society to the Municipality. <br /> <br />COMPL I ANCE W l TH LAWS. <br /> <br />In providing all services pursuant to this Contract, the <br />Humane Society shall abide by all statutes, ordinances, <br />rules and regulations pertaining to or regulating the <br />provision of such services, including those now in effect and <br />hereafter adopted. <br /> <br />AUDIT DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF RECORDS. <br /> <br />The Humane Society agrees to make available to duly <br />authorized representatives of the Municipality and either the <br />legislative auditor or the state auditor for the purpose of <br />audit examination pursuant to Minn. Stat. 16B.06, any books, <br />documents, papers, and records of the Humane Society that are <br />pertinent to the Humane Society's provision of services <br />hereunder. /'he Humane Society further agrees to maintain all <br />such required records for three years after receipt of final <br />payment and the closing of all other related matters. <br /> <br />VI. INSURANCE. <br /> <br />The Humane Society shall purchase, maintain in full <br />force and. effect during the term of this Contract, and <br />provide proof of the following insurance coverage: <br /> <br />Workers' Compensation: Coverage at statutory <br />limits as provided by the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY: Coverage shall <br />have minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, <br />Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury Liability <br />and Property Damage Liability. <br /> <br />Business Auto Liability: Coverage shall have <br />minimum limits of $500,000 per occurrence, <br />Combined Single limit for Bodily Injury Liability <br />and Property Damage Liability. /'his shall include <br />Owned Vehicles, Hired and Non-Owned Vehicles and <br />Employee Non Ownership. <br /> CON'T ON PAGE 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
