Ali <br />policies shall provide, and the certificates issued <br />sh~il evidence, that the Municipality will be notified, <br />in writing, at least 30 days prior to cancellation or <br />modification of coverage. <br /> <br />EARLY TERMINATION. <br /> <br />This Contract may be terminated by either party, with or <br />without cause upon thirty (30) days written notice, <br />delivered by United States mail or in person, to the other <br />party. President <br /> Greater Anoka County Humane Society <br /> 1411 Main st. <br /> Coon Rapids, MN 5S433 <br /> <br />and the address of the Municipality is: <br /> <br /> _ ~ ~ 9R..~m~han..B].mi,_ ......... <br /> <br /> __~a_~e_~!~___~ ........... <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />¸IX. <br /> <br />MODIFICATIONS. <br /> <br />Any material alterations, modifications or variations of <br />the terms of this Contract shall be valid and enforceable <br />only when the~ have been reduced to writing as an <br />amendment and signed by the parties. <br /> <br />ENTIRE <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed by the parties that the <br />entire agreements of the parties is contained herein and <br />that the Contract supercedes all oral agreements and <br />negotiations between the parties relating to the subject <br />matter hereof as well as any previous agreements presently <br />in effect between the Humane Society and the Municipality <br />relating to the subject matter hereof.
